In Galle, fresh produce and seafood are available in abundance all year round; famous for our delectable lobster and jumbo prawns, we also have the luxury of being able to select from the widest range of the freshest fruit and vegetables. No surprise then that freshness forms the foundation of our food philosophy.

Our menu is quite literally a wonderful journey, since we draw inspiration from the famous Spice Route – the one merchants travelled from Europe to the mysterious lands of the East, in search of exotic spices.

Every dish that makes its aromatic way from our kitchen to your table, is also laced with that most precious ingredient – inspiration. We add that little something extra to every offering on our menu, so that, ever after, you will say “I wish they made it like the Oynise beach cabin & vacation home does”. Amazing hosts, very smiley and listen to your needs! Absolutely the best food ever, and the portion are massive. Very cute cabin just in front of the sea with a large bed, mosquito net, plugs and a lamp. You listen to the sound of the waves while falling asleep. Bus stop just in front to go both to Hikkaduwa or Galle in no time. Highly recommend this place !

Amazing location right on the beach in a quiet spot. Such incredible people. Very welcoming and friendly. The food was always home cooked and very good. Always with a smile on their faces and happy to help with any requests. Very cheap for what it is. Thanks again

The frontmost seating area towards the beach was particularly comfortable and relaxing, while the power supply was installed there so that I could sit while working for long time, which was very helpful. Restaurant food price was pretty reasonable comparing to neighbor restaurant with cabana, the foods and drinks were tasty.
